A software studio with a very narrow job.
Slashturn Studios builds first websites for small businesses that do not have one. That is the whole product. We are the software arm of The Creative Clan, a creative studio, and we exist because building a five page site for a plumber should not take six weeks and a series of meetings.

The trading name
Slashturn Studios is a trading name of The Creative Clan Group Ltd, not a separate company. When you deal with Slashturn Studios you are dealing with The Creative Clan Group Ltd.
The two domains
slashturnstudios.com sends our email. slashturn.com hosts this site, the previews we build and our payment pages. Both are us, and either one will reach us.

Sophie
The assistant who emailed you is not a person.
Sophie is an AI assistant we operate. Her messages are our messages and we stand behind them. Almost everything up to the point where you reply is automated: finding the business, writing the message from a fixed approved template, choosing a sending time inside your own working hours, reading the reply and building the site.
Some things always go to a human being. A complaint, a negotiation, a legal question, or anything we did not plan for. You can also ask for a person at any point by replying and saying so, and you will get one.
How we behave
We do not invent facts about you
The builder is not allowed to write a claim it was not given. If we do not know how long you have been trading, your website does not say.
We do not invent testimonials
There are no reviews of us on this site because nobody has bought from us yet. When somebody does, and agrees in writing to be quoted, their words will go on the site with their name on them.
Stop means stop
One click, one reply or one email. We act on it immediately rather than within the ten days the law allows, and the record is permanent so no later campaign can reach you.
We write the price down
The price is on the pricing page and in the email. It does not go up between the quote and the invoice.
