A contact form is a box that promises to reach somebody. Ours would just email us anyway, so here is the address without the middle step. We read it, and a person answers anything the assistant should not.

If we emailed you
Reply to that message. It is the fastest route by a distance, because the thread already carries your quote, your preview link and your record. You do not need to quote a reference.
Anything else
hello@slashturn.com. Sales, support, a question about the price, or a complaint.
Your information
privacy@slashturn.com. Asking what we hold, asking where your address came from, asking us to delete it, or telling us to stop. We answer within one month and it is free.
To stop hearing from us
The unsubscribe link at the foot of any email is one click and works immediately. Replying with the word stop works just as well. So does emailing privacy@slashturn.com. You do not need to give a reason and you do not need to be polite about it.

Two domains, one company
Our email comes from slashturnstudios.com and our website, previews and payment pages are on slashturn.com. Both are The Creative Clan Group Ltd, company number 13472488. If a message claiming to be us comes from anywhere else, it is not us, and we would like to know.
