Then GBP 49 a month if you want us to look after it, which is optional and which you can stop at any time with no notice. In dollars that is USD 1249 and USD 59.
UK prices include VAT at 20%. US prices are the amount charged.
The build fee

The site
Up to 5 pages, written from your real business details, working on phones and desktops, served over HTTPS.
Changes
2 rounds of revisions within 30 days of buying, each completed within 5 working days.
Hosting
12 months included, at a slashturn.com address. We write to you at least 60 days before it runs out.
Ownership
The site is yours once it is paid for, and you can have the files whenever you ask.
The monthly plan
GBP 49 a month. Optional.
Included
- Hosting, on the same platform the preview runs on.
- Your TLS certificate, renewed for you.
- Backups, and restoring the site from one if it is ever needed.
- Uptime monitoring, so we find out before you do.
- Your own domain name: we register it, renew it every year while you are on the plan, and it stays yours. Premium names over GBP 20 a year are quoted first.
- One photo swap in the first month, once you have pictures you like.
- Up to 2 content change requests a month, turned around within 48 hours.
Quoted separately
- Online payments or a shop on your site.
- Booking and appointment systems.
- New pages beyond the set your site is built with.
- Photography, video, logo design and writing new copy from scratch.
We do not promise "any changes you need", because that is not a thing anybody can cost. The list above is what you are buying, and the terms say the same thing in clause 7 and Schedule 3.
If we have written to you
Quotes are per business. If we have emailed you a price, that price is yours and it will not go up.
There is no buy button on this page on purpose. If we have emailed you, your message carries the price for your business and a payment link that matches it. If it does not match this page, yours is the one that counts.
The small print, in short
Nothing before the preview
There is no deposit and no charge of any kind until you have seen the finished site and decided to buy it.
Cancelling the monthly plan
Any time, no notice. Hosting stops at the end of the month you have paid for, and you get 30 days of grace to move the site and your domain name, plus the files, at no charge.
Consumer rights
If you are buying as a consumer rather than for a business you have a 14 day right to cancel, and clause 13 of the terms explains how it works when you have asked us to start straight away.
Governing law
England and Wales. United States sales are not open yet: a separate US addendum has to be published first.
